Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel before shipping, contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@luaq.in. Cancellations are at our discretion.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose Cash on Delivery, please note that all COD sales are final. We do not provide refunds for orders placed with COD payment.
  • Perishable Items: We cannot cancel any orders for perishable items once those items have been prepared for shipping. Once production or packaging of a perishable item begins, the sale is final.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Requests: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund by contacting Customer Service within 3 days of delivery. Email info@luaq.in with your order details, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  • Verification: All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by our team. We may require you to return the product or provide additional information. Refunds are granted only if the issue is confirmed (e.g., damaged item, packaging error, etc.). We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are misused or the claim is unsubstantiated.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that crediting the refund to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Eligibility: Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse. If you received the correct product as ordered and there is no defect, we will not issue a refund (except as required by law). No refunds or replacements will be made for minor color or fragrance variations that are typical of cosmetic products.
  • Exchange: Currently, we do not offer product exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship orders within India using our trusted logistics partners and registered courier companies.

  • After your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, we prepare it for dispatch within 0–7 business days.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service. Our commitment is only to hand over your order to the courier within the stipulated time; we do not guarantee delivery times beyond that.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. If and when we expand to global shipping, we will announce the new policy on our website.

Important Notes

  • Liability: Luāq is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or third-party logistics.
  • Tracking: Please check the courier tracking information and contact the courier company directly for any delivery issues. You may also email info@luaq.in for assistance with shipping queries.
  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If you notice any obvious damage to the packaging or product, contact us within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Luāq website – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software – is our property or is licensed to us. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (including "Luāq aesthetic biosciences") used on this site are proprietary to us or our licensors.
  • You may view and download one copy of the material on the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit the content in any form without our prior written permission.
